If this is a matter of degree, then to what degree did Mary have grace?

At what degree of grace would sinlessness be possible? 80%? 90%?

And how do we know the state isn't temporary? It truly shows how God himself demonstrated his love for his mother and since original sin is passed through conception the fact he would use his forth coming work on the cross to preserve her from original sin.

This also meant he could receive her human flesh as his own. It reinforces the movement that the family is God's design and he fulfills the commandment to love Father and mother.

When I was a Protestant I thought so small with respect to how God functioned, but thanks be to God he opened my heart to the Catholic Church circa 2002, ten years this Easter.tmchttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03066536503281189128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6422857.post-81923166395424633532012-03-01T14:28:18.158-05:002012-03-01T14:28:18.158-05:00Just because grace gives the power to be without s...Just because grace gives the power to be without sin, doesn't mean that the presence of grace infers the absence of original sin. This seems to be a pretty major doctrine to be so dependant on one verse that must be interpreted at a stretch to reach that doctrine.Chuckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14704668387805994480noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6422857.post-80595339040551147612009-07-02T05:35:36.147-04:002009-07-02T05:35:36.147-04:00It is the definition of grace that i don't agr...It is the definition of grace that i don't agree with. So in my opinion your proving of the sinlessness of Mary fails at step 2.
